On September 26, 2024, after research and decision by the organizing committee of the Southwest China Annual Championship Finals for World Tourism City Image Ambassadors, Chongqing Chaoren Helmsman International Cultural and Art Development Co., Ltd. was authorized to be solely responsible for organizing and executing the annual championship finals for the Chongqing division of the World Tourism City Image Ambassadors.

It is reported that this authorization is the only authorization, and Chongqing Chaoren Helmsman International Cultural and Art Development Co., Ltd. has the business rights of the authorized competition area. No individual or group has the right to engage in any activities related to the above-mentioned events without authorization.

On the same day, the organizing committee of the Southwest China Annual Champion Finals appointed Bao Jie as the chairman of the Chongqing Annual Champion Finals Organizing Committee for World Tourism City Image Ambassadors.

After serving as the Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Chongqing Annual Champion Finals of the World Tourism City Image Ambassador, Bao Jie stated that as an international cultural and artistic development company that comprehensively develops the cultural and tourism industry, Chaoren Helmsman will deeply integrate with the World Tourism City Image Ambassador brand and strive to promote the development of the cultural and tourism industry in Chongqing.

Zhang Rui, Director of the Organizing Committee for the World Tourism City Image Ambassador China Annual Champions Finals and Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee for the World Tourism City Image Ambassador China Annual Champions Finals, as well as Chairman of the Southwest Region Organizing Committee, stated that the official establishment of the Chongqing Annual Champions Finals Organizing Committee for the World Tourism City Image Ambassador marks the comprehensive launch of the competition in the Southwest region of China. As one of the most important competition areas, the Chongqing Region, under the leadership of the Region Chairman Bao Jie, will hold a series of rich and colorful activities, hoping that all sectors of society will pay wide attention to and support it.
