hello everyone!

Firstly, on behalf of the 3rd Council of the World Chamber of Commerce, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to attend the "Cambodia International Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum" in Phnom Penh and witness the inauguration ceremony of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce! It is a great honor to invite you and your team to attend, fully demonstrating the excellence, unity, and strength of the Lin family in various countries and regions. This is the great honor of the World Lin Chamber of Commerce! I hope the Phnom Penh event can bring you rich experiences, valuable information exchange, and beautiful memories.

This Cambodian conference is an international exchange and cooperation event hosted by the Cambodian Lin Chamber of Commerce and guided by the World Lin Chamber of Commerce. We successfully completed the "World Lin Entrepreneurs Conference", "Cambodia International Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum", "Cambodia Lin Chamber of Commerce Inaugural Ceremony", "World Lin Chamber of Commerce Award Ceremony", "Memorandum of Cooperation Signing Ceremony" and business docking in one day; It was an honor to listen to the speeches of Cambodian Prime Minister Prince Hongmana, Cambodian Tourism Minister Huhah, and officials from the Ministry of Commerce on investment policies and projects. Everyone gained a lot and the conference was a complete success.

However, we must also acknowledge that due to the inadequate guidance of the World Chamber of Commerce and the lack of experience of the organizers, this event did not meet the expected standards. I sincerely apologize to the Chief Minister of Sri Lanka, Lim Sun pyeong, and all the leaders for this and ask for their forgiveness!

Specific issues include:

（1） Seating arrangement issue: Due to insufficient staffing for the event, some VIPs were unable to take their seats as planned as they did not have their seat tags prepared.

（2） Host absence issue: Due to traffic control, the host of the welcome banquet was stuck in traffic, resulting in the banquet being postponed and turned into a buffet, and the service level did not meet the original requirements.

（3） Delivery arrangement issue: Insufficient preparation of delivery vehicles has resulted in some attending leaders having to pay for their own ride to the airport.

（4） The issue of not fully following the guidance agreement: The organizer did not fully follow the agreement and procedures provided by the Shilin Chamber of Commerce, resulting in some procedures not being fully executed.

The leaders of our Shilin General Chamber of Commerce, as well as the leaders and relatives of the Cambodian Lin General Chamber of Commerce, who attended the conference, were very fair and tolerant, fully affirming the efforts and ability of the organizer, the President, Secretary General, and team of the Cambodian Lin General Chamber of Commerce, to create new achievements. The "International Cambodian Lin Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum" invited Cambodian Prime Minister Prince Hongma Nai to attend the speech and take a group photo with everyone, adding glory and color to the World Lin Chamber of Commerce. I think it has been done very well. We all want to thank the Cambodian Lin Chamber of Commerce for their efforts and contributions, but we also need to face the problems that exist in this meeting and make serious improvements.

I sincerely request your understanding, forgiveness, and forgiveness! Please rest assured that we will attach great importance to these issues and promise to take active improvement measures to ensure that similar situations will not occur again in any future large-scale events held in any country or region.
